Incumbent cloud providers dominate the cloud infrastructure market. Customers flock to them because of their easy-to-use tools. Our cloud provider client recognized that they needed white-glove professional service offerings to stay competitive. There’s no way they could keep pace with AWS’s suite of whizbang tools. How do you compete with market leaders who can throw money at the problem?
Our client works with premier stadiums, teams and venues such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Staples Center, Green Bay Packers, NHL, etc whereby they provide a point of sales transaction system. Rapid development and the fast pace of business created technical debt and an extensive feature backlog which prevented market expansion.
Unable to hire fast enough, the company selected COFEBE as its technology partner. Within one-week of the partnership, COFEBE provided engineering support during events such as major league baseball games, a data analytics platform, and production debugging support.
The company met their SLA’s with reduced downtimes. Because of the cohesive partnership, their leadership was able to focus on future leaning features which enabled them to speak to partners and investors with confidence.
Our company was relying on a large library of financial and organizational tools to conduct daily operations and still had too many manual processes. The system in place for making key business decisions was not sustainable with the company’s growing clientele and was not concrete enough to run on its own or be transferred to incoming team members. The problem: How can we establish a central tool that provides more insight and helps make important connections across business operations?
After calling on various tools as a “hub” for daily tasks, Cofebe designed and developed a tool that integrated all crucial features for administrative and internal operations including team management, billing, and sales customer relationship management.
Cofebe streamlined the business processes and provided means to visualize key business factors and their impact on revenue
This client, a general contractor company, knew the amount of time and man power being wasted by not being able to have heavier materials and supplies delivered to job sights. They needed the efficiency that they saw provided by other food delivery applications to account for the guys like them — who needed to transport their supplies from a distribution center to the job sight without having to send a crew member off to do the work. The problem: How do we cater to general and specialty contractors?
After learning more about their business goals and plans for growth, this client turned to us to design and develop a hybrid mobile application and web platform that gave them the power to schedule and track deliveries in real-time and monitor orders more closely. Cofebe provided them a scalable delivery option that would increase their customer reach, save time, increase business efficiency.
We crossed paths with this bioscience company with a huge vision for what they were contributing but without a team to execute. They needed an intuitive interface for their web platform and DNA sequencing instrument that would provide a more efficient and automated process for researches analyzing this data in a lab. They knew they wanted users to be able to track sequences in progress on the go or at home, and absorb a lot of critical information for running sequences in an interface that wasn’t confusing.
By partnering with Cofebe to design and develop their bioscience technology, this client has been able to develop and design new software and products, including a flexible DNA sequencer, with the help of our team.
